Baby Shower Inspiration
Pick a Theme and Send the Invites
You don't need to go crazy with a theme, you go subtle with a classic pink, blue or sage green, or you can pick a fun theme like:
Little Pumpkin
Baby Elephant
Neutral Colors
Once you pick a theme that fits the mother to be, you will need to pick invitations. You can create free ones here and send them via email (the standard in today’s world), or you can go old school and send mail in invitations. Some great places to find invitations are on Etsy, or Minted. Don't forget to include where they are registered for gifts!
Here are some pictures for inspiration!

Decorations
Decorations are the fun part. You really only need a cute table display, some balloons and a cute photo op area for the guests to grab a picture with the mom to be!
The table decor can be accomplished with a table runner and some greenery and flowers. You can decorate the food table (if you are having one) and the table the guests will be sitting at to eat or play the games. It is always fun to throw in some accents keeping to the theme on the greenery on the runner.
I also like to use an elevated disposable plastic plate; one because they aren't flimsy and so they are less likely to fold when you put some snack on it, but also because they look so classy! I love this dusty rose and white option. See below.
A simple chiffon wall, or balloon garland makes for the perfect photo op area for the mother to be and her guests!
